Review: London Fetish Fair

We had a great day out at the London fetish fair. We met up with people we had not seen for ages always good to catch up with what is going on, we met many creative stall holders who make their own clothes and bondage gadgets and more, all very professional business people.

B Barbarella was the first stall that caught my attention and before I knew it I was placing an order. B Barbarella is a company run by a lovely lady Barbara who studied at the London school of fashion and created B Barbarella X rated sensual designs, she makes bespoke leather and suede clothing and a variety of very fashionable sexy mini skirts that can be tailored specifically to meet your personal needs your own design can be customised with pockets and crystals the wonderfully soft suede and leather comes in many shades from pastels to vivid reds and purples. Barbara also makes fascinator headdresses made with ostrich feathers and beautiful silk and lace tutus. If you like fetish, fantasy, burlesque or alternative clothing you will love B Barbarella. All the clothing is handmade and the workmanship is of an excellent quality.

Trussed UK was another interesting stall. They make many unusual bondage bits and pieces. The owners Chris and Michelle first got involved when Chris paid an obscene price for a small bondage toy and after looking it up and down realised he could make it better himself and for half the price. He now has a stall full of wonderful and unusual items whips, canes, flails riding crops, a large variety of nipple clamps, paddles, D rings, cock stocks and all your bondage requirements quick release hooks, trigger hooks, padlocks and many unknown implements that i can only guess at what they are for! They now have a thriving on line store shipping products world wide in discreet packaging.

One of my all time favorite stalls is Deadly Glamour, run by Bridgette a very creative German girl who has been in the business for around 15 years that I know of. Bridgette makes the most amazing outrageous jewelery, ear rings, collars, necklaces, face jewelery, headdresses, arm cuffs and stick on rubber Jewell's for face and body, everything has a fetish edge to it and is unique, you would certainly stand out when wearing one of her pieces.

Just as we were leaving I bumped into an old friend Danielle who has been frequenting the Fetish scene for at least 10 years her passion has always been music and has had regular D.J. spots around London, she told me that she is launching her very first fetish night where she will be doing the music and visuals, it will be held this coming Friday 18th March at Stunners. Thames House, Cable Street Studios, Cable Street, Limehouse, E1W 3HB. It will be a fun fetish night with private areas, dungeon, resident doms and dance floor. The dress code is fetish but not strict with the minimum being all black. Prices for entry are men £10 and women £7 We wish Danielle success on her first night and hope for her that this will be the start of a regular new club. We are unable to attend this one but will be looking out for the next.

The Fetish Fair is a great way to turn a boring Sunday afternoon into a sexy, interesting and unusual day out it is well run and everyone is friendly. If you have the stamina you can stay on after the fair for the after party which is equally as good with various stage acts and good music.

If you have never been it will open your eyes to what is out there and it is a great way to start to get involved in the fetish scene.
