Wonderland Sutton opened its doors on the 1st of December with a fantastic night! Lavishly decorated, a large dance floor, seating overlooking the dance floor, VIP room, great lights, regular floor shows and 3 large bars for drinks... With regular themed nights it really bodes well for south London clubbing and I expect it to be a very popular venue.

The doors opened at 9pm and allowed everyone their first glance at the new hot spot in town. As soon as you walk in you are greated by some of the nights entertainment including a stilt walker and unicyclist! The club is split into 3 main sections. The ground floor is actually an upstairs area with seating and a large bar. The main body of the club was curtained off until 9:30 and the curtains were pulled back to reveal a stunningly decorated main club area. This area is down one of two short flights of stairs curved around the walls and is a large dance floor, with drinks being served at either end, plenty of seating and a prominant DJ booth.

The night looked to go very well with a great crowd of people and excellent music. At seemingly random times throughout the night the dance floor was cleared for several different performances including angle grinding and fire play. Everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves and I look forward to returning many times in the future. Well worth a look.

Teasers - Wonderland Sutton Launch

Wonderlands debut was held at the Flying Dutchman in Camberwell. A place I seem to have visited quite a lot lately but fully enjoy! Wonderland was a complete twist on the idea of a Fetish and Swinging Club night. Lets be clear here though. Yes, there were bright colours. Yes, there were hundreds balloons in all colours. Yes, there was a ball pit for adults to play in. But yes, there was also a full fledged and very active dungeon. An area set aside and eagerly used by those who like to enjoy the sexual side of such nights. And even a wet room (which most clubs do not have) with everything for the active watersport enthusiest. ;-)

I did arrive late after spending the earlier part of the evening at The Gate. Both events very enjoying for different reasons, but what a contrast! :-) Instead of your normal dark leather / latex / rubber clad participants, you had the same people and a few new faces, still in latex and other kinky outfits, but just of a much brighter variety. I am sure that my photos will paint a very vivid picture on your eye balls.

It is a very good twist and one that I hope will remain and become a very regular event in this oh so busy London scene.

2011 11 - Wonderland

First things first. Happy 21st Lexi! This was always going to be a very busy night for me as I had to share it with the debut of Wonderland. Both very different types of events and both very enjoyable. I just wish I could have spent an entire evening at both!

With that said. The Gate is a regular on my monthly calendar, held at the Resistance Gallery, and has never failed to disappoint. This night saw a rather messy act from Katie Kitty Sin - I wonder if anyone had the option to lick her clean? :-) One of the good things about The Gate is the people always love to play and there is always something to watch and enjoy if that is your preference. Lexi had many impromptu crop and caning sessions throughout the night and midnight saw her back on stage being double teamed by Goddess Cleo and Mistress Demonic.

There was also a horse and cart display outside featuring Gemma Equine. The spider web was actively used with two gorgeous girls tied at the same time. And an expertly performed rope suspension display that saw me taking just too many photos, it was so very well done.

Add to that the regular friendly crowd and the hosts of Master Keith and Mistress Demonic, then you have a night that will never fail to disappoint if you choose to become actively involved. I encourage you to come down and have a look.

2011 11 - The Gate #1 2011 11 - The Gate #2

Club Rub is always a great event and this one was no exception. It was in a new location at Shillibeers wich is the same place the London Fetish Fair has relocated to. The night was cut a little short but it was still a very good night.
There was a bar and dance floor downstairs, upstairs was the dungeon and up the next few stairs was the other bar and chill out area.

There were a lot of people that I have met many other times along with new people to get to know. From people who just came long to those who made quite an effort. There was plenty of dancing, plenty of dungeon play and plenty of everything else that makes for a good fetish club night out!

2011 11 - Club Rub

This was my second Flying Dutchman event and they are proving to be well worth attending. This was an intentionally quieter night with just the top floor open and no dungeon which made for a far more intimate experience. This night held a slave auction which proved to be very entertaining and the bidding was at times quite active. When we entered we were all given a quantity of fake cash to be used to bid with to purchase the slaves, but what they did with the slaves will never be revealed. However close inspection of some of the photos may provide an insight...

2011 11 - Flying Dutchman - Guests 2011 11 - Flying Dutchman - Club and Slavery

Fangtasia is a popular vampire bar in Shreveport, Louisiana owned by Eric Northman. Fangtasia London is the London branch housed in the Resistance Gallery in Bethnall Green once a month, in association with FX. And selling real life Tru Blood, though in reality it is a delicious blood orange carbonated drink, that contained 0% real or fake blood. Such a shame.

It was a very good night if a little quiet. Though I am told that there will be a lot of promotion for the December one and up to 4 acts performing which is something to look forward to. There were still enough people to make for an enjoyable night with a fan dance stage act by the ever present Cynth Icorn (www.purelyperverted.com) and plenty of dancing.

While some of the photos are very red, this is not a modification or error, but the use of the clubs natural lighting without flash. A very interesting effect.

2011 11 - Fangtasia

Subversion has not celebrated 7 years and has managed to stay true to it's ideals while a lot of fetish clubs have compromised.THe first thing you see after entering Subversion is a great dance floor with great music playing all through the night.  Off to one side and up stairs is a couples room, kept nice and private.  

After leaving the dance floor we get to a small play area with a few items including a whipping bench and St. Andrews cross.  Past this is the dungeon proper.  It is a large area with a raised viewing platform running down the length.THe dungeon includes a suspension frame, hoist, cross, cage, benchs... and more...  Everything anybody will need to enjoy themselves!  The only remaining area is an upstairs chill out room past the dungeon.

The people are great and friendly as is the host, the gorgeous Mistress Absolute.  Since everyone knows what to expect, and an atmosphere conducive to safe consentual play, it is no wonder that there are many regulars and many players I have seen at other clubs that make their home here.  It is definitely one of the  clubs that I like to attend as often as I can.

AntiChrist threw a Rock 'n' Roll Voodoo Party for Halloween and they did a fantastic job, as usual. They decided to throw the biggest halloween party they could with Four headline acts in the Hellfire room and £2700 worth of free Raffle prizes! Halloween is such a special time of year where even those who do not normally make an effort to dress up will be wearing some sort of outfit.

Fantastic music from Vince Ray and the Bone Shakers, John Drain, Al B Damned and Vince Ripper and the Rodent Show kept everyone on the dance floor until the very early hours. Satans strip show was highly erotic and fantastic as always and kept everyone... well, attentive to say the least! Sex0r and the snake show was entertaining but the Endurance Test was one of the main events. 6 competitors eating a range of things, including pigs ears!, and some of them throwing up those same things, in order to win a years free access to AntiChrist. The winner can be seen in the photos.

Next event is Not New Year's Eve on Friday 30th Dev and I will be there, so join me so I can record it all for you.

The Gate Club was started some 25 years ago by Master Keith as a play club, and now after a well earned break the Gate has been resurrected. It returns with a brand new venue and the usual, and well loved Master Keith charm!! There will be Cabarets of a fetish Theme but not every month and the emphasis of The GATE will be on play, so whether you are an experienced player or new to the world of BDSM or Fetish there is something for everyone.

This was a new club for me and one that I will try and make on my regular monthly rounds. There were a lot of people I have met at other events which proved I was in for a good night. On the music for the night was none other than DJ Rob Parrish who set the scene for the entire night with an awesome selection!

Master Fangsmith Robbie Drake was present uptairs making personalised, custom made, colour matching fangs. The dungeon had plenty of equipment so no-one had to wait, incuding 2 St Andrews Crosses, a spider web, suspension frame, 2 thrones, a cage and more. Needle play was also on offer for those willing to try...

It started with Kobal suspending Brat upside down by her feet. The next show was Synthi being shrink wrapped. She was stood on a frame that rotated while Kobal shrink wrapped her from her feet to her neck. The Vampire Queen of Bethnal Green was next to entertain everyone with a show that saw her swinging a fiery chalice attached to her pussy between her legs. The photos will show you just how real the flames were!!
After that was an impromptu double spanking on stage and a double piercing. A man with his back having needles inserted in a V formation and a girl with her stomach being done likewise. Ribbon was then wound round the needles to create a very nice design. She was quite hot and I was quite cruel to her. I asked her to put her hands over her head for a photos :-)
Through out the night plenty of others used the equipment to keep everyone entertained when no show was on.

Being regulars to the Gate since its relaunch earlier this year and enjoying every one, so finding the venue the resistance galley is rather simple hidden down a back street in Bethnel Green, with ample parking near by, if you arrive early enough nearly just outside the door. I do like the venue with its mezzanine floor where the Fangsmith had set up shop, although i didn't spend too much time up there. The venue had a good selection of Dungeon equipment supplied by Malcolm of Dungeon E4, and a licensed bar which has very reasonable prices for London and a covered smoking area out back for nicotine dependent players and some great tunes playing from the DJ, what more could you want for a really fantastic night. WE rolled up Just after it opened .. and bringing with us the slut packer and a good selection of toys, i had promised to wrap a lovely sub up that night, Meeting up with Keith and Joy who are a fantastic couple and do a great job in organizing the event.Pitching our gear near the winch which I thought would be best as bratt was going to be swung from the ceiling that very night. Have to admit we spent quite a while socializing and talking to a few friends, and the atmosphere was great and as always a very friendly club. Bratt took her time to get her ballet boots on and as always couldn't tell left from right, tis lucky i know, a short moment later winching her up by her ankles to the amusement of the photographers and gathered crowd, then attempting to place her arms into a bolero straight jacket was rather amusing, and after a few moments her hands where secured tightly, clipping on some weighted clamps to her nipples was rather amusing to watch with a few face's being pulled by some of the crowd. Looking round there was plenty going on .. the crosses were taken by subs being flogged and canes by their doms, as the rhythmic noise of impact hit bare flesh was quite relaxing even more so for the subs. all too soon i had to bring bratt down and derigging her, and then escaping to the back for a quick nicotine fix.The Cabaret by Joy and Keith was Amazing so i was told having just missed it which was annoying but their needle demonstration was absolutely fantastic and very interesting to watch.All too soon the time was upon us to depart having has such a great time and meeting some wonderful friends and look forward to the next event.

From Mistress Demonic Mistress Of The Gate.

Well, it certainly was a hot night!, On arrival at the venue at 7pm Master Keith & myself scurried around hanging up various skeletons, bats and other Halloween goodies, in came Malcolm with the Dungeon Furniture, and then it was all systems go ..Kobal was one of the 1st to arrive with Brat and it was not long before he got to work on popping her in bondage and hanging her up.. Before long the dungeon was in full swing with people playing and laughing and generally being deviant.. DJ Rob Parrish had popped along with his stunning wife as our Guest DJ and his music choice was awesome, we had alot of folks asking if he would be there again as they loved him!!.... And Rob has assured me he will definitely be coming along again for us !Suddenly it was just after midnight and time for my pussy to get hot !, to the sounds of Rob's remixed version of the True Blood Theme *I wanna do bad things to you* the fire chalice was placed on my pussy and Master Keith with a wicked grin lit it!!!, and swing it I did, the flames swept up the front and back, I swang and swang and laughed and have to admit to really enjoying my performance!!.. Master Fangsmith Drake was busy on the mezzanine floor making custom Fangs for our visitors, so successful was he that we have booked him for our next event on Nov 26th, we ended up with quite a few aspiring Vampires which was right up my street as I am a Vampire myself.. And all the time the event was taking place David the Fetish Freedom photographer was busy taking some really awesome photo's of the Shows and Gate visitors, we have had some really fantastic feedback from them and both Master Keith and I are now busy busy busy planning the November event which is promising to be even better than the October one!!..

The 14th Annual Rubber awards was held on the HMS President. It is a floating ship with an impressive fetish heritage including events like Erotica and Torture Garden.
Upstairs was the dance floor and stage, along with a bar and chill out area. Downstairs was the dungeon and another bar and chill area. Nick from Dom_estics was set up near the dungeon offering a free polish to anyone in rubber, and a chance to try before you buy any of the gear on hand. THe dungeon saw plenty of use through out the night and the low light area around it saw plenty of activity as well!

The awards started at 10pm with all the contestants parading before the judges each hoping to win one of the 15 fantastic prizes. After each contestant had been seen the judges collaborated and had a chance to wander and chat to everyone. The prizegiving themselves were at midnight and the winners were indeed worthy!

After the presentations and a short break were four performances with a small break between each one. First was the Late Night Shop who performed Rubber Dolly Shop. A dolls come to life type scene with great music. Kobal from Bondage Engineering then performed Buffing Latex, which was very amusing and impressive how fast he put the equipment together and took it apart. I would definitely like to have one of those at home...
Cynth Icorn gave us a show entitled Bizarre Latex which seemed like a bizarre birth event. Bizarre was a good word, but entertaining is another! Goddess Ira's show called Inflation was totally unique to me and the first time I had seen that sort of show. Photos are below and more details of all can be found on the Club Rub website.

It is an understatement to say that people made an effort. As the photos will prove, some people made significant efforts to look great and most people took advantage of the ever present Photobooth. An attraction that attends a lot of this type of night, where a set is laid out and your photo is taken for free, but a small cost if you wish to purchase afterwards. It was located upstairs near the bar and that night it was a dangling ladder with a cityscape in the background.

As always, the Club Rub events are a lot of fun and the Rubber Awards night just adds an extra element to what was always going to be a good night. Roll on the next event and looking forwards to the 15th Annual Rubber Awards next year. Who knows, I may just enter myself!

My God I've been looking forward to this since we met Kim at the. London fetish fair. We were the first to arrive keen to get in and change into our rubber outfits Kim came and said hello. We got dressed up and we were both excited it's the newbie in us. We were not disappointed a look round the boat at the dungeon very nice with bar upstairs was photo booth doing pictures looked fun. Then the doors into the arena where the awards were taking place it was nicely set out we got a table at the front for a good view. We were joined by some lovely people Master baron and His slave plus Heather from fetish fair. The contestants were great outfits were amazing and the atmosphere was amazing. The amount of prizes was fab and all worth winning.The displays were all good but I love watching Kobal1 they put on a great show. Then we met your photographer who took some pictures of me n Jane nice to meet someone who wanted a pose. Then later back to the dungeon where mistress Strapon bought a new spanking tool from Dom-mesticts stall try before you buy. Ouch. Then some fun in the dungeon more fun than I expected ;0) happy me. Then before we knew it was time to go.An absolutely top night that exceeded my expectations. Kim did a fantastic job of organising, so thank you from me n Jane and no doubt every one that attended.

Saturday last was a bit rushed running round trying to get a few last minute bits for the event and having to finish off a rig for the event, With a car loaded we headed off to London, finding HMS president was easy.. we just followed the Thames it would be parked there somewhere, we arrived in plenty of time and parking right outside although for 20 mins only a quick unload up and down the two gang planks saw our gear loaded into the ballroom, then back to the car to find a parking space, and we found one about 100M from the venue lucky us. meeting up with friends who were parking their car at same time. So talking a short tour through the bowels of the ship, the Venue was fantastic very spacious and luxurious. Setting up the equipment didn't take to long and before long we were ready to go camped near the stage for impromptu performances, very quickly after 9pm people covered in rubber began to flood in would be the best way to describe the speed at which the venue and the bar filled up, running into the usual photographers and a few new ones, its good to know whom to chase for copies of photographs, as usual I left the camera at home, not that I had much chance of using one, was too busy socializing. Was great to see our friends Paris and Baron from Scene magazine nick from Dom_estics who had set up shop in the dungeon area and Heather from the LondonFetishFair and of course Kim ClubRub the event organizer looking fantastic in her outfit. At 10:00pm the entrants to the awards paraded round in front of the judges twice as there were so many colors and designs, there was over forty entrants to choose from, whilst the judges made their decision to be announced at Midnight we begin out first display with great tunes playing in the background, i strapped bratt to the ass up frame and before long she was secure with the flash of lights as the photographers has taken an interest, a few poses later and I left her spinning on the machine for the amusement of the crowd gathered, bringing her down before the chimers of midnight sound, the awards were given out to a round of applause for each winner and even a few spot prises as the atmosphere was electric with anticipation and excitement. Our show was quiet interesting as i run a industrial buffer over bratts latex catsuit whilst she was bent over backwards on a frame, i had a few hand shakes and good show after so I guess people enjoyed it, as much as i did doing it. Into the early hours of the morning i done a bit of rope work on bratt. letting her try to release herself for the amusement of a few folk gathered. All too soon the time to go was upon us, but the memories we had from the event will live on.. was such a fantastic event and will be going next year. A big thanks go to Kim for putting up with us all at this event.

The Flying Dutchman is the newest fetish venue to be opened in London and one of the few that are south of the river - Camberwell - which makes it particularly unique. Originally it was a well known pub now fully transformed with a stage to the front, seating around the walls, a rear exit and a private covered smoking area to the rear. Downstairs boasts a decent sized dungeon and medical wet room which was being fully utilised throughout the night!

This was the second event and was thrown to celebrate the birthday of the well known Ana. There were plenty of party goers enjoying themselves in this new venue until closing at 4am. A performance from Miss Blue, several exceptional pole dancers and Little Muffin, Human Pony Performer & Entertainer all helped make the night a success.

It is expected to be used by many of the existing fetish venue promotors and Daniel from Decadence is intending to hold an event there late October. This is a venue to be watched in the upcoming months and if you see an event I would urge you to try and attend.

2011 10 - Flying Dutchman Shows 2011 10 - Flying Dutchman People

The Zombie and Sci-Fi Burlesque was a very fascinating and entertaining show, endorsed by Bizarre. Organised by Kitty Minx Vintage and Duchess Divine, and held at the Fiddlers Elbow, the night was a great success dispite one small hiccup with fire. 9 burlesque acts were performed and were a range from Alien seductresses to the creature from Alien, from a vampire with exploding boobs to a violin playing zombie. After plenty of other entertaining routines ended in the traditional and splendid fan dance. I definitely look forward to the next one!

The names on the original invite were Kitty Minx, Duchess Divine, Miss Dolly Blow Up, Minxie Mayhem, Lucy Long Legs, V.J. Spankie, Miss Rose Thorne, shirley Windmill, Bettsie Bon Bon, Miss Honey Bare and Aurora Galore. If you ever see any of them on the list of performers you know that at least 1 act will be worth watching!

2011 10 - Burlesque #1 2011 10 - Burlesque #2

I heard about this event from some friends at AntiChrist and it sounded like an event that was not to be missed. They were right.

The gathering was to celebrate that most traditional of October dates, the Dia de las Criaturas Muertas, also known as the Day of the Dead Creatures. The celebrations included the finest canticles from bands such as the all mighty Sam and the Womp, the fearsome Penny Black Remedy, and the incorrigible Perhaps Contraption. They had DJs ready with dirges and the Rubbish Sideshow Circus.

The venue was very well chosen with lots of rooms to provide variety enough for everyone who attended. Most of the dance floors were upstairs. A stage and dance floor on the ground floor provided entertainment such as bands and the Rubbish Sideshow Circus, who brought some weird and wonderful performances and acrobatics.
The Cult of the Cubicle brought weird and wonderous cinematic delights, and the Traveling Tavern looked after everyone with the very finest jazz, blues and ragtime styles. There were far too many bands to list them all but all tastes were catered for in one fashion or another.

There was also an altar that features in several photos. Everyone was encouraged to bring offerings. A lost tail, an old letter, a found feather, all gathered in honour of Las Criaturas Muertas.

Essentially a wonderful, eccentric and eclectic mix of people and events and a very fun and crazy way to spend a saturday night. I would encourage everyone to make a space in their diaries for the next event!
